Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone. -
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free Shipping: We offer PAN-INDIA Free Shipping on all orders.
Estimated Delivery Time: * Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or logistics issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Damaged Goods

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Providing an unboxing video is highly recommended for faster processing of damage claims.
