care/hygiene), we have a strict return policy to ensure safety and
authenticity.
1. 24-Hour Reporting Window
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, you must report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
The product was damaged during transit (e.g., broken bottle or leakage).
The product received is different from what was ordered.
Note: We do not accept returns if the perfume has been opened, sprayed, or if the original packaging is tampered with.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please send us an email or WhatsApp message within the 24-hour window with the following details:

2. Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.
3. A short description of the issue.
4. Refunds & Replacements
Once your request is verified and approved, we will either:
Send a fresh replacement at no extra cost, OR
Initiate a refund to your original payment method (this may take 5-7 business days).
